UNRESTORED SURVIVOR 283/315HP Fuel Injection 4-Speed Power Windows Two Tops
This 1961 Chevrolet corvette convertible is perfect example of a Survivor "Worn In But Not Worn Out". Retaining its original engine and all Original Body Panels this 1961 Corvette is a great original car that you wouldn't be afraid to drive and use but still retains a certain value due to its rare options and cool factory of mostly original paint and unrestored chassis. This Fuelie has just had its fuel injection unit rebuilt to perform like new and a complete service in our shop. This is one of only 924 Roman Red 1961 Corvettes built. With its Firestone Blackwall tires and Body Color Matched wheels with Dog Dish Wheel Covers this car really has that vintage race car look. As you can see in the photos this car has mostly original paint with some bumps and bruises but is still has a nice shine to it and has been well cared for over the years. With it's T-10 4-Speed manual transmission and 3:70 positracton rear axle this corvette is a blast to drive and even more of a conversation piece than many of our restored corvettes.
